  1. Eat lots of fruit, increase your fiber intake, and drink lots of water. It’s about regularity. Your digestive system is working a lot slower than it normally would so you need to make sure you are guiding it along with the right foods. Constipation is what usually causes hemorrhoids. Good Luck!

  3. We get hemorrhoid because of the pressure in the main area, plus the constipation and straining of muscles in general. You can pray to not get them. And eat a lot of fiber.

  6. Pregnant women are more prone to them because there’s a lot more pressure on that area.

There’s not much to do to prevent them, but if you do get them, you can treat them with cream.

  7. Very often it’s because the expanding uterus presses on the intestines and causes constipation. Straining as a result of constipation often causes pain and bleeding.

Eating plenty of water-based foods such as fruits and vegetables may ease constipation and therefore also hemorrhoids. Drinking lots of water can help also.

If you do get them, you can sit with your feet slightly elevated (on a footstool or something like that - just a few inches) while having a bowel movement to ease straining, and take warm baths twice a day for 5 days.

    Feel better. :)

  8. the cause is increase body weight, thats why obese ppl have hemmorhoids more than thin population.
the best way to prevent this is to lay down frequently & not to stand long times

  9. It’s because of increased blood volume during pregnancy combined with a lot pressure on your pelvis from the growing baby. That really messes up your circulation.

Get a donut for your chair and avoid sitting or standing for long periods. Lie down with your feet elevated whenever you can.
