Will my hemorrhoids come back ?

I have had extremely mild hemorrhoids, I have only seen one little tiny bump once a long time ago.
And had the tiniest bit of blood in my stool like once.
I have at least 25 grams of fiber intake a day and drink about 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
And preparation-H made it disappear withing 3 days.
If I maintain this lifestyle will my hemorrhoids ever return.

To keep Hemorrhoids away it is required to give your attention to fiber, diet, exercise.

    * Get plenty of regular exercise, at least twenty-thirty minutes. Have a quick walk about once an hour.
    * Make sure you are drinking at least 1.5 liters every day.
    * make sure there’s enough fiber in your diet.

By maintaining the proper lifestyle you can keep Hemorrhoids away.

It’s difficult to say whether they will return or not. Chances are they won’t given that now you are aware of the problem and can take measures to prevent it. The following may help to ensure that you never get hemorrhoids again:

    1. Avoid constipation.
One way you can do this is by using the toilet when you need to and not delaying the process. Always try to go to the toilet within 30 minutes of when you first feel the need to go. This will minimize the risk of dry stools which can sometimes lead to constipation, damage the rectum, and increase straining, all of which add to the chance of getting hemorrhoids.

    2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
You’re already doing this – just keep doing it.

    3. Eat foods high in fiber.
As a general guideline, 5 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruit daily will keep your fiber levels in check.

    4. Stimulate metabolism by walking for 20 minutes each day.
Good digestion keeps your bowels in order and will reduce the likelihood of constipation, which helps with hemorrhoid prevention. Regular exercise is a great way to maintain a healthy metabolism.

    5. Avoid sitting for long periods of time.
This is another great way to prevent hemorrhoids. If you have an office job where you remain seated for long periods of time, I suggest you rest from what you’re doing every hour or so and walk around the office.

    I hope this helps…
